Worse. It's communityism. Basically communism but exclusive to an arbitrary community. Yes, I made that word up.
Thats not worse. A homogenous community can share in their prosperity more successfully than i diverse one. Its still way too authoritarian for my tastes. But it will work better in a "community" of like values than in a "diverse community" where no one has common goals or morals.
That's better not worse.
Who owns the factories? Do private citizens on the factories or are the factories owned by the government?
You could say that the United States became a command and control economy during World War II, but who owned the factories?
