No. One could be in the know about who has weed, or coke. One can be in the know about many things, the implication being that others , most were not in the know. And it was good, and should stay that way.

Being woke still involves secret knowledge, that others do not possess. But wokeeness is about sjw leftist beliefs, and helping wake others up to them
