Hard to tell from the pics but I am going to call it a "Callobius severus", not a threat to your family or animals but its bite would hurt and its better off outside than inside.

There are better house spiders to leave around.

Oh hey that's not a bad guess. I think that's reliable. Thank you. Sucks they bite, but I don't have to worry about rushing any of my children to emergency.
