Stand up straight. Take a deep breath or two. Relax. Rotate your arms up and down. Lean over and hang your hands down at your sides and let them hang - loose. Touch your toes. Let all of your muscles relax as you do this sort of thing a few times. Do what feels right, shake out your limbs. etc. Best type of cure for a muscle spasm (causing the alignment kink) type of malady. For me anyways.
