I can make a post on my new sub and talk about how big of a kike faggot you are on literally every forum you've ever been on. I can make that my wiki post so everyone who wants to know, has a solid idea about what the subs content and direction is supposed to be, along with more information about how big of a kike loving circumcision sucking faggot ass bitch you are.

In a sub you own you have the option of turning a post into a wiki.

A wiki can technically be whatever you want. Once one exists it'll get a button in the sidebar so you don't have to sticky it. Typically, you use a wiki to explain a sub or something like that.
