Well, personally, I have no desire to create waves with ARSOF. The leaders may be aware of psychological operations, but no 2 star or higher is running PSY OPS, themselves. This release has also been sanitized even prior to making it to Wikileaks. The compartmentalized units that would possibly be engaging in "gang stalking" activities probably aren't the ones we are worried about on our home turf. Mostly. Obviously, the Martin Luther King assassination proves some embarrassing contradictions. Getting at military files is also problematic for a number of reasons, starting with the fact that it is treason. Now... I'm no fan of what a lot of the US military does, but if I'm going to work on something like that, I'd prefer a foreign military or a private corporation... like Black Cube, which is an extension of Mossad. Assuming that "gang stalking" is even an aspect of ARSOF's behavior is troublesome. While they have manuals lying around, there is nothing to indicate where a file on a target might even be kept or even which specific group would be doing it. You'd need to find a victim, tie them to an ARSOF operative, then see about where to gather proof. With Black Cube, it was easy enough to tie the relationships together so that even Internet users could understand it. You have to realize that gang stalking is primarily the tool of actual gangs. They stalk their potential members, then, when they are alone, they get "jumped in." For men, this is usually a beat down. For girls and women, it is gang rape where they "beat the brakes off her." OSINT makes this easier for gangs and cartels... which are often trained by special operator groups from the US... to manipulate their targets. If ARSOF is doing it, it isn't within the US. However, I'm sure people they've trained have brought the tactics to the US. The entire CIA sabotage manual is being deployed against every aspect of society. The US government's own tactics are being deployed against the US population. Now... certainly dudes who got out of ARSOF might be running around, in the employ of any number of mercenary groups, and doing this, but the counterinsurgency stuff covers a lot more than just gang stalking. And, while gang stalking is almost exclusively painted as a topic for the "conspiracy" community, the truth is that it arises naturally among cult like groups who require extreme measures to acquire and retain members. Street gangs. LASD secret society groups. Culty swingers clubs like SNCTM or "One Taste" which are feeder groups into a darker world. I've exposed them, to some extent, as time allows, over the years. Even in cases of divorce, or other types of lawsuits, a group of friends/family will gang stalk the opposition. Law firms also engage in this behavior during cases. Jury selection is straight up the result of aggregating data on individuals. I've a bit of experience, myself, unfortunately. Corrupt police departments absolutely engage in this behavior. Point being, I prefer to target pedophiles because it reveals those who protect them. Nobody has the ability to solve the problem within human nature, but we do have the ability to stop protecting them systemically. We cannot stop stalking or gang stalking. It is an area that deserves a great deal of study. We can, however, address those systematically engaging in it and those who protect them. The only few studies I've found have been gaslighting messes whereby it is all tied to "conspiracy theories", framed completely unscientifically and using rando posts on the Internet as part of their studies. But victim files... if they were even kept, at all (ask yourself, why would they?)... where would they be? Say, for example, I felt like General Luck's email was even worth sniffing around (which it is not), and he was the recipient of this manual. It would not be a straight line from there to any "victim's files." In fact, they don't need to store victim's files, because Google, Intel, Apple and everyone in Big Tech keep that data on everyone; not just victims of gang stalking, making it difficult to differentiate. Palantir is working to be the main meta manager of all these factions and they have even more comprehensive software. It doesn't take anything special to be allowed to pay them to use their software, either. Say we end up with 10 billion people in the world. We can do the math on how much data per person can exist. If we stored a gigabyte of data on each individual, we only need 10 exabytes of storage. Large governments can easily accomplish that. Let's up that to 100 Gigabytes per person. Now, we need... what 10 zettabytes? That's plenty for every document you've ever produced, your Internet history, your meta data on all communications, pictures and videos. The time has long since passed since the corporate totalitarian state has it's own private dossier on every individual on earth, and that intelligence surpasses that which exists in the hands of governments, who merely pay these companies for their services, bypassing the 4th Amendment. Ultimately, I posit *that* is where your victim files are and not on some military server.
