The only indicator that this will come out is the UN and CIA admitting the covert DEW and psychotronic weapons are real and are classed as WMD's. Is this where the big leak will come from?
The cabal plan could be to destroy all western governments by exposing their genocide of their own civilians. Starting civil wars in all these countries.
The only thing that could stop the inevitable war would be a military coup and mass arrests of the cabal players. But since the militaries of the world where instrumental in doing all this and they even wrote the manuals they may rather fight their own people.
This all falls apart when the troops are told to attack their own people. This would probably result in an armed rebellion within the military.
Either way the cabal loses. It's just a matter of time and how much destruction is caused before they lose.
It will all come down to who leaks these files first and claims to be the good guys, throwing the rest under the bus. And that will most likely be the top guys throwing their minions under the bus.

There are a number of different groups of gang stalkers and they do it for different reasons.
Off the top of your head, where would you start looking for those files? Getting into a server is a lot of work, so it is worth it to know which server, rather than guessing at random.
Generally, it is easier to start with a specific individual who is involved, and go from there. Any names come to mind?
