Nuclear bombs don't exist it was a psy-op. That's why it was approved to scare people and put them in fear. Particularly to scare the USSR. The Soviets figured out it was a psy-op a few years later and raised the bet to a fake 'satellite' psy-op in space and it hasn't ended since then.
