They aren't requiring you to fly, so they aren't forcing anything on you.

That's a better line of argumentation, and more reasonable. A business has some kind of obligation to not have hidden unsafe things you'll get hurt on without warning. Requiring "vaccination" is hiding dangers to customers unless they disclose the actual risks.

No... the government regulates these companies and the airspace to keep it reasonably accessible to the public. There's an argument to be made... but it's close to the argument that should be made about the internet... so don't hold your breath.

Yeah, it's along the lines of the argument for social media, search engines, etc. to be forced to not secretly censor, where they form an effective foundation for these activities and thus suppressing some people is suppressing those activities, even though alternatives exist (that few people use).

if there are no pilots because they got sued of of business the airline industry shuts down.

I never stopped flying for work since this started, but all of a sudden its not safe for me to do so without poisoning myself. Probably going to have to find a new job soon, I probably should anyway since I see my company's true colors now

they're already advising Jabbers cant fly, I got an email about it from southwest and seen some articles but they're not coming up atm. The Airlines are concerned about the blood clots it wont look good if a dozen people drop dead on a packed plane.

No.

Just like hospitals are doing now, they will distance themselves from ever forming the connection of side effects or death from the Vax and refuse autopsies if death were to occur. So in short, no , companies will not be held accountable.

It's an experimental non approved FDA drug.
Your unable to seek litigation due to the pharmaceutical companies not being held liable for any adverse effects from taking their unapproved experimental drug.
