Aside from the possibility of sending nudes to someone else, is she trying to lose weight/ get in shapeand took some "before" and "after" pics? Does she have a skin issue or a lump she's concerned about? Is she considering plastic surgery? I took some pics postpartum (I wasn't topless tho) so I could get see progress over time. But I could see someone takin a topless progress pic. Hope it's an innocent situation.
