They make up a lot more than two religions these days. Both Jews and Christians are fractured into different denominations. The Christians are far more fractured than the Jews but it's difficult to call all Christians one religion. Catholics and Pentecostals are so far apart the Catholics would probably think the Pentecostals were possessed if they went to one of their services.

Jews are an ethnicity, but the religion Judaism, is about the Tora and the Talmud, God's laws and lessons on how to circumvent God's law without breaking God's Law.
Christianity is simple. John 3:16. Every single sect of Christianity follow Christ as the Son of God and the savior of mankind. The rest is just tradition and practice.
