Jesus is constantly quoting from Isaiah. In fact most of the prophecies that appear in Isaiah apply to Jesus as much as they did to Isaiah and the people he was addressing. This is because it is the Word of God and it is eternal. If God says something at one time, it holds true at another. The point is that Isaiah's prophecies were all about obeying God's commandments, of accepting a child called Emmanuel and asking God for help in a time of adversity (invasion). Emmanuel was disclosed to be the name of the Messiah. It means 'God with Us'. And so the Messiah, who's real name was Jesus was actually 'God with Us'. The Prophecy in Isaiah states what the nation who disobey these laws will face: Isaiah 34:11-13 "The desert owl and screech owl will possess it; the great owl and the raven will nest there. God will stretch out over Edom the measuring line of chaos and the plumb line of desolation. Her nobles will have nothing there to be called a kingdom, all her princes will vanish away. Thorns will overrun her citadels, nettles and brambles her strongholds. She will become a haunt for jackals, a home for owls." Here it has long been known that the "nettles and brambles" refer to foreigners who mix with the local population and interbreed with them. The screech owl is known as 'Lilith' which is one of the Goddesses that modern day AshkeNazi Judaism worships (as a feminist idol). So this passage states that the Kabbalists and the feminist will bring in the hoards of joggers to destroy you and that is what is happening today. It is probably already too late, but you should ask God for help now.
