There's bound to be a young buck relative selling drugs at the address or near the area. Keep look out for all of the short-visits to that address, take down license plates, time and duration of visit, brief description of the interaction between vehicle occupants and the innocent jogger at that address, and take many photos. Once you're confident you have a case against them, file a report. Don't overwhelm the cop with all of the evidence you've collected right away, be patient and let it all come out naturally. Present the evidence only when asked to. Eventually, the cops will have to speak to the old nigger at that address. That right there might discourage any more large gatherings of niggers at that address. If not, you'll have to continue the process of evidence gathering and reporting until ultimately that address gets raided. Hopefully, they all get goodified as a result.
