Catholicism isn't Christian, and is in fact an insult to Christianity. They worship the Mary/Madonna figure. They pray to Mary, an earthly woman, instead of Jesus the Son of God. It's the same figure in Islam - Maryam binat Imran, the mother of Isa. Neither of these practices of Madonna worship come from Christianity.
They worship idols and icons which is forbidden by God to worship graven images and idolatry (I don't know how they excuse this). They ignore the efficacy of the blood of Jesus to take away sins, and instead say you must confess to a priest for forgiveness, which is a complete heresy against the entire chapter of Hebrews in the Bible. They don't let priests marry, which leads to them sexually abusing young people which reveals that they don't hold any holy power to stop their own desires so how would they be blameless enough to forgive yours?
Oh, but the mass is beautiful? That's because they have so much wealth which they have been extracting from their members for generations as they worship money too. It started with "indulgences" where they exploited God's kingdom into a wealth generating scheme.
The whole reason Protestantism exists is because they Catholic church didn't trust you with the knowledge of the Bible for yourself, they want to interpret it for you. That is a control mechanism, and it's very apparent in the way that I rarely meet Catholics who even know what the Bible says.
If you're interested in truth, in answers, READ THE BIBLE. ESV, NASB, KJV - just read it! Start with the book of John. Any religion in which someone else has to interpret it for you is meant to control you in some form or fashion.
But don't you realize that the reason Catholics worship Mary as the Queen of Heaven is because she is necessary, yet missing from Protestantism? Without a mother goddess, there is a huge hole in Christianity that demands to be filled. The Jews filled that hole with the Matronit and the Shekhina of the Kabbalah. Catholics filled it with Mother Mary. The Protestant sects are always going to be deficient without a mother goddess. The holy family is God the Father, the Great Mother (Holy Spirit), and God the Son. In conventional Christianity the mother element in the trinity has been transformed into a vague inhuman force or energy. But it is inherently female in its nature. The common people around the world who practice Catholicism instinctively know this, which is why Mary is worshipped as the Mother of God around the world. The Vatican has given up its efforts to stop this Mary worship, because it cannot be stopped. The people demand it.
None of what you said is Biblical. Anyone can come up with a pleasing religious structure, but that doesn't mean it's God's word. You either worship the God of the Bible, or you worship a god of your own making.
It's almost like organised religion in a house of worship is an interpretation of a holy book by humans, which is precisely the same thing that the media does about events that happen on the planet.
It's why I shun all of that nonsense and follow my own path, that treaded by my ancestors and that of my husband's.
