So I went to have a look and the first thing that comes up right at the top of the page is the "get an immunization history statement" and I am guessing it's that. Like I said, I am not stupid enough to get it, so I don't know for certain if it's any different, but you can definitely print out both your immunization record and the statements from individual doctors visits. - ok, yes - I printed my immunization statement - "A separate COVID-19 immunization status will appear on this statement when you have received one or more COVID-19 vaccines". I'll add - I checked my whole family, and it's woefully inaccurate. Only has half the kids' immunizations on there (yes, I was stupid, didn't realize back then). The rest of them I have just written in a book or on a piece of printed paper. So maybe there is hope... I don't know.
