There is no central database. They are state vaccine databases, and some states don’t have one. And even the states that do have one, not all doctors within that state participate in it. The card is the only way to fully know if someone has been vaccinated
Yes, there is a centralized database. The vaxx data gets entered into a platform the injection site is using then depending on the platform data can be distributed to multiple locations OR directly to the state dept. of health then anything that goes to the state is stored on the federal database. this all began with DNA evidence.
It’s not true. Read about it. You’ll see that on the CDC’s website and any health department website. That’s why they keep telling people it’s so important to hold onto your cards. If you’re talking about some Hidden conspiracy saying that they are tracking everybody and their info in a giant file, then maybe, but there is no official National registry. I’ve done my homework on this one
