I think we should be more up front with people about its genetic disease. Healthy individuals do not look like it does.

It was effective when people pointed out Greta Thunberg Climate Puppet Child has Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. Would be great to know the disease which causes Lori's goblin-like features.

looks like part warrenburg syndrome and...just generally a physical diformity of the face. have you seen that gif with that super fucked up black/indian bitch which has text that says "my doctor says i really shouldnt have a child." and she pulls out a even worse deformed kid and says "TOO BAD" and dances around a bit. mayor lightfoot seems to have a much milder form of that.

Both her and the child look.... rough. Like, don't expect to make it past your 30's rough.
