We the people haven't, but those who put the Harris / Biden Junta in power don't play by the rules or the constitution.

They are and will remain enemies of the people, persona non grata until their deaths. Not recognized, insect like filth. An infestation, a contamination. A despicable communist totalitarian attempt after rigging an election.
