According to her bio she was born in Oakland California to her two foreigner parents. At the moment, Birthright Citizenship is still weighing us down. I don't see how the Courts could consider her an actual citizen though, since neither of her parents were "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof" since they were here on student visas and didn't report the pregnancy to Customs and Immigration. Her parents were foreign citizens, so NOT "subject to the jurisdiction thereof."
