Unpopular opinion here but israel has only acquired long range cruise missiles and nuclear capable submarines only recently. They developed as many as 200 warheads before they had a reliable method of delivery. To what end? Nuclear blackmail. They smuggled them into major american cities and suddenly us foreign policy became incredibly favorable towards them. Politicians who criticize them during elections suddenly do a complete 180 once in office.
