I work on a neurosciences unit. We receive many of the shitheads with drug abuse and alcohol abuse issues. My unit also admits spinal cord injuries, seizure patients, attempted suicides (gunshot wounds) and strokes. To be concise, the unit is set out to deal with strokes and seizures. But because the fucking POS looney bins won't accept schizophrenics, and druggies, (because of COVID) we are saddled with their nonsense. I can truthfully say, almost everyone gets equal care on my unit. It is not to say that the surgeons in the ER or those in neurosurgery, treat patients differently. I also float to other units, and have seen many different types of patients. Those include cardiac, pediatrics, renal issues, etc. I can say, the patients we have no mercy on, are those who will either not cooperate (niggers/white trash) or drug addicts. We have no mercy on them. We will get them what they need up to a certain point because we have to do it. It is part of our job. But from the many conversations I have had with the nurses, if we have a problem patient, we restrain those fuckers to the bed. And many of them are drug addicts, alcoholics, or stroke patients who have no awareness of what they're doing. (Stroke patients have usually completely lost their minds.) We have to go by care guidelines on the unit, everyone is supposed to receive equal treatment. But I don't have to help you on time if you're being a dick. You may have to wait two hours if I don't like you. No fucks given. And the nurses know this as well. It is an unspoken rule that if you're acting like an idiot, we are not going to rush over to help you. No nurses on my unit fawn over niggers. It is usually the little elderly lady or man that our nurses give the most attention. They love them. Obnoxious nig nog's get seen last.
