That is essentially my diet. A high fat, low carb, mainly meat and egg diet. It is the healthiest way you can eat. I’m sure a lot of people argue with me about that but if you avoid carbs, a high fat high protein diet is optimum. And the only additions I would make is adding avocados, nuts (not peanuts, which are legumes), berries, and coconuts. Eat like that for a few months and you will have never felt better.
Carbs make you fat, not fat. Fat is one of the best things you can eat.
My experience too.
Make a list of what you eat and at what time you eat, I would like examples.
Every morning I usually eat five or six eggs Cooked in ghee, sometimes four eggs with a small steak and avocado.
Pre-make a bunch of chicken wings on Sundays and take them for work during the week, sometimes leg quarters or thighs, I eat it with buffalo sauce and blue cheese, I’ll also eat handfuls of Berries or nuts throughout the day. And sometimes for lunch I will just bring a bunch of lunch meat like roast beef or pepperoni and some cheese and roll it up and eat it, dipping it in mustard. Sometimes I will bring a couple big cans of tuna fish and mix in a bunch of mayonnaise, avocado slices hot sauce, and chopped up hard-boiled eggs and eat it with a spoon. Hard boiled eggs are a big part of my diet, I will make two dozen at the beginning of the week and munch on them when I need a snack.
For dinner I’ll eat steak and mushrooms, for a lamb stew w oxtails a lot.
As an appetizer I will roast some sliced bones that I get from the butcher for free, scoop the marrow out and eat it. If I feel like cheating I’ll eat it on baguette slices .
I love nice cheeses on a cheese crisp cracker, or like I said before, baguette on the occasion that I cheat a little.
A big thing too is organs. I try to eat as many organs as I can. I’ll eat liver at least once a week, I’m a big fan of grilled beef heart. I love salmon and crawfish and crabs. The opportunities are endless
