One of the most effective tactics for changing people's mind on these topics is the fact that it hurts the people that they are claiming to protect as well as innocents. If you go to hard shit talking the transvestites then people's natural desire to defend someone who is being attacked will kick in. Approach it from the aspect of how much the actual transvestites are being hurt by pretending their delusion is real. You don't tell an alcoholic he needs to drink more. You don't tell a fatty he's too skinny and needs to eat. Not only are they allowing the fox into the hen house, but they are also telling the addict to shoot up until he OD's.

Also refer to them as transvestites not trannies, transgenders or whatever. Particularly for people over 50 this will help them see these people as nothing more than perverts and fags who dress like women.
