I'm a married man in Texas and I had a vasectomy done years ago. I found my wife's stash of condoms and poked holes in all of them. Did I make a mistake? Have the Paternity laws in Texas been updated?

Why are you married to someone whose faithfulness you question?

Not enough information, but generally born into marriage means your name de facto goes on birth certificate unless someone speaks up.

Thanks for your replies. To answer some of your questions, I will use a quote. I'm sorry, but I can't recall who wrote this. "Revenge is a dish best served cold." I can be a very patient man when I need to be.

Don’t play games . If she cheats it’s over.

Why does your wife have condoms?

Wait until she's 6 months pregnant then hit her with a divorce and the proof of vasectomy. Adultery means she gets less.

Just because there is a pinhole in a condom does not guarantee pregnancy. lots of them have spermacide, people pull out, and fertility periods in women can be short.

Get a camera, start tracking conversations, emails, phone calls. If you're certain hire a good PI to get proof.

There's a marital presumption that you're the father. Throw the condoms out. Any kid that comes out, do a paternity test, I think there's at home tests (cheek swab on kid, no pain).

Confront her now. If you don't, divorce is the only option. If you confront her there's a slim possibility of reconciliation.
