England is under control of the Pope and Sweden (Lion). Read history, it's right on wikipedia even.
The city of london is certainly a center point, much like Washington DC, but they are not the source of power. The power will operate through these places, but they are not the power themselves.
edit: should clarify, the Lions come from Belgium, who is the power in Europe. Sweden controls England because of the Jesuit alliance AND because England took the "lion badge" to stop Swedish Vikings from raiding England.
At one point in history, England, Sweden, Norway, etc, were all brothers and then Rome showed up and destroyed everything.
The Vatican, D.C. and the City of London are the 3 power centers of the world, they are part of the secret religion. All 3 places have an obelisk, and D.C. the Vatican and City of London are basically the thrones of power. The Vatican is the religious center, City of London, the financial center, and D.C. is the center of War. Combined they spell GOD, GUNS OIL AND DRUGS. In GOD we trust.
