I think they’re lifting the mask mandates and all that to give us common folk a hedonistic summer, a brief respite from the insanity of the past year or so. But I’m scared they’ll REALLY drop the hammer soon, after summer or maybe next year. It wouldn’t surprise me (and I’ve seen this theory floated around a bit here and elsewhere) if the hacking psyops are a ploy to enact a mandatory internet ID system. And I’m sure worse is in the works. Anyone else think that shit is about to get a lot worse?

And why should you? Forcing/tricking yourself to believe in something that deep down you don't believe in, just can't be the right path, for obvious reasons.

There are countless testimonies of people who didn't believe in god, and then something happened in their life, a rather traumatic event most of the time, NDE for instance, and then some went full faith in god, and others started to ponder whether it exists or not, often looking for answers in religion(s).

Now beyond that, there are two things; You have faith, and you have religion. While they are closely related to each others, that's two different things. You can have very religious people, even priests, who don't believe in god, and non religious people who believe in god, who have faith

And believing in god, the faith, can be a deliberate choice too, a bet if you will. As in you want to believe in god, you want it to be real.

And religion, can also be a lifestyle choice; it's not so much that you believe in god, but rather that you want to live according to a particular set of principles, christian principles for instance. Because you need it essentially, you need to anchor yourself in a new way of life for instance, you need to turn your back to your old ways, demons, and you want it to be permanent and rock solid, so you join a "community", for lack of better word.

You also have the case of people who lost their faith in god, and those who come back to it, etc...

In the end, it's what you do, that's what matters

If religion and/or faith help you become a better man, if it helps you in your life, then it's all good, it's a good thing

For some men, religion is the best that could ever happen to them. For others, it's the worst.
