So my brother and I got to talking, he wholy believes women get paid 70% of what men get paid. I tried prodding him in the right direction by stating if this is done every eyar, vs once a year, and if the jobs are the same or if they compare industry only. Any other rebuttals i can use, or is he a lost hope? I feel any information i give him that goes against the women oppressed narrative will just be completely ignored

A double bind works great:

Either corporations would only hire women, or women are only 70% as productive as men.
