I work for a large corporation in Canada and they are trying to get me to do a sleep study. Based on neck size body mass and that I'm male. Is there any way I can fight this?

Sad day when coworkers are too dumb to realize they're being oppressors. Not joking. A sleep study is not in your job description so decline on those grounds and if they push the issue tell them to call your lawyer. Doesn't matter if you have one or not, they'll back off or get sued.
