There's a method for operating nanobots via radiation of various kinds. Is that what you mean?
I can't really tell you anything useful about that.
Yeah. I mean, there's always thermal control (not to practical in bodies), pulsating EMF to affect their ability adhere in say a body, and of course magnetic or charge direction.
The West I think is missing a technology for the most part though to practically operate them. I mean a technology in the tech tree from where we are (I think) to remote operation of nanobots, which are too small to use conventional motivators.
I could write down my ideas on the subject, but I don't feel comfortable giving something like that to the USA currently.
