I think it's supposed to be about 2 weeks for those with normal immune systems and around 70 days for the immune compromised since they can't make antibodies like other people and may have asymptomatic covid

I think I'm confused. I thought shedding meant the "vaccine" is being shedded/transmitted but upon further reading, it means the virus is being shedded/transmitted.

Yes, virus is shed and the vaccinated shed. When someone is vaccinated (like kids) they are supposed to stay away from immune compromised for the shedding period
