There are a lot of things you can try to do to mitigate.

Supplement vitamin c, d, magnesium, b complex, NAC, chlorella and spirulina (chelators). I've seen a few people talk about pine needle tea helping avoid effects from the shedding. Keep your lymphatic system in top shape, it doesn't do anything/circulate if you don't get enough walking in.

Ive been rocking a Vitamn c sup that has A D and Zinc. I drink tonic water daily. I have not been sick since 12/19.
