What an interesting mishmash of ideas.
You try to convince me it's my own fault (bad move).
You say not to be dependent on the state, despite that being impossible in a modern world where people are organized to such a degree that you cannot go without defense that can rival other armies.
You note that only Russia and China could do what I want, which isn't actually true because the USA is collapsing and other states will be able to easily take it on.
What you're frustrated about are people who don't take responsibility for their lives.
Just shoving some words in my mouth. Surely I wouldn't notice someone trying to superimpose what they want me to think over my own ideas.
There's a concept of diffusion of responsibility. The rulers take advantage of this.
Does that make me the ruler if I take advantage of that too?
Your nation is a foreign land now.
Then we have to salt the Earth and leave it barren. That is the standard protocol when invaded, lost territory has its farms and buildings torched on the way out.
It belongs to no one but corporations.
Then I'll just have to take over the corporations.
We are being asked to leave. They want us to leave.
Is that why DHS vehicles flank me whenever I drive near an airport?
I don't think you understand the sophistication of the person you're talking to. In many ways I am already dictating the direction of the USA. The USA's shift to further prioritizing technological advancement is my doing. Turning on Israel is my doing. And so are many other things that have happened and have yet to happen. It is hard to see the causality of events when the origin of a signal is diffused across so many individuals, but as time progresses the state will harmonize with me and enter lock step. The thing is, very few people create the new mental paradigms that decisions are predicated on and even fewer craft them in an impersonal way that easily grafts itself into the minds of people that genuinely want to benefit the USA, it's population, and put an end to the nasty cycle of abusive control mechanisms. And I can just as easy graft self destructive paradigms into selfish traitorous people and the foreign agents that orchestrate and legitimize their activities. We live in a world of ideas whether we know it or not and they dictate reality as we experience it and the decisions we make. I see no evidence that this government or any other has the talent to present any meaningful opposition, so I have no reason to flee the situation though finding options to be wise I maintain them.
To understand me, you have to understand that humans are always in a state of delirious hallucination with only second hand understandings of the world for guidance as void monstrosties, a product of their own inability to consciously narrow down possible interpretations of stimuli, squat in front of them and stare them down with glistening eyes and turbulent exhalations, forcing them into predefined interpretations of reality with very little deviance. But that doesn't apply to me. If someone has a problem with me that can't be resolved with argument, I'll just modify the categories by which they gained authority or any sort of power until find themselves incapable of opposing what I want.
They say that the USA is a meritocracy, and maybe that's true in a sense. If you can take over, then you are in charge. I just hope it will still be worth something when we reach lockstep.
More intel is not always an advantage. I didn't have a route to reach the people making decisions in the USA, so I had to make one. They opened the door and let me in, and I'm not going anywhere.

You said many interesting things:
We live in a world of ideas
I totally agree. Ideas become reality in many minds. Propaganda is all about this. Corporations don't exist except as a concept. Even the CEO dosen't really understand it or completely control it. Ideas tend to be fluid. Note that even gender is becoming accepted as fluid. Amazing
humans are always in a state of delirious hallucination
Agreed. The mind creates the world. Altering people's world is simple once you know it's possible. As you and I have noticed, people's world can change in a blink of an eye and they don't skip a beat.
the USA is a meritocracy
It's not a place or a system. The "USA" is simply an abstract idea itself. It's an aggregate of many individuals. It's an experience. People all choose their path based on their decisions. The USA today is a foreign idea to me as it is a pluralistic society. The bulk of the people have nothing in common to you or I. There are no common communities or ideologies: a disparate set of tribes wondering around lost.
I am considered a nut by today's norms. I refuse follow or play the game. Most people leave me alone because it's not worth the time to try to change me.
