I hate the demonization of anger on both sides. God gets angry in the Bible all the time, yet it’s a sin?? Anger is a necessary survival trait. Anger gives us the motivation, willpower, and courage to speak up and defend ourselves. Without anger, you are meek and helpless—too afraid to ever speak up or defend yourself. Evil thrives when people don’t speak up or stand up for themselves. Evil wants people to totally repress all their anger and aggression so it can operate unopposed.
