You can use the scientific method to determine that, and the chances of life existing elsewhere are minimal.
Look up the rare Earth theory.
And what scientific method would that be for a planet you can't see around a sun you can't see on the far side of even this galaxy? I can't see it, so it doesn't exist, I guess.
the rare earth hypothesis explains plenty of staff. Look it up.
Too close to the Galaxy? Too much gama radiation.
Too far? Our Sun would be unable to sustain the Earth.
No moon? Constant tsunamis.
No Uranus? Too much space debris and more asteroids would bombard our earth.
water? even though there must be some gigantic body of water in space...it is kind of rare.
I don't need to look up Rare Earth theory, they haven't been everywhere either. The universe is way to fucking big for anyone to say anything about it with any certainty.
