That is exactly what it is. The government putting out a message it wants people to hear. The footage is from the government and so are the people talking about the UFOs. This government is hardly credible.

There was an article on Jerusalem Post about an israeli intelligence head admitting that Israel and the US had been in contact with aliens for some time. What are the odds that aliens came from wherever just to visit intelligence officials from Israel and th e US. Worst vacation ever!
