I work in healthcare. My workplace has not made the vaccine mandatory as of yet. Although we all know it will be at some point. If and when it does, does anyone have any advice on how to get out of getting it? Switching careers is not an option for me right now. I have my investments but I cant depend on them in the case of quitting. I could work at a different hospital but it'll most likely be the same situation. I did hear about a case in another state where a woman sued and won against her employer for mandating it. Any advice would be appreciated.

Mandatory means they will have to be liable when something wrong happens (thousands of people already died because of it). That's why they are giving away donuts and are using cucked celebs to persuade people to get vaxxed.

You dont want to hear this. However man up. If they fire you let them. Its just a job. Its not worth your life.

Then lawsuit. You cannot be told to take an untested vaccine. Tell them sure if the hospital administrator or better board member gets a shot in view of witnesses from the same vial they then give you a shot. I'm sure they give out less lethal or just safe non vax vials so executives can get fake vax promo's in public.

They will move the Pfizer poison to FDA-approved in June. At that point, I believe they can mandate it and will have legal coverage if they fire.

Then they have to list the ingredients it contains and lawsuits against the FDA can proceed or the people in charge there for approving a dangerous drug purposely and then any deaths can be charged to them if the vaccines are tainted or contain ingredients that are prohibited to give to humans.

We tried that. Now they delete dank memes and turn off comments. Our glorious campaign ended in utter defeat. When my grandchildren ask, "where were you during the great meme war", I'll say, "what meme war?". I don't want to talk about it.

Tell them that you should be grandfathered in. Try political or religious exemption ( if those even exist anymore). Higher a civil rights lawyer at the very least. Idk what to say because this is unconstitutional and against the Nuremberg Code. I think you'll get farther with a lawsuit.

I heard a nurse already sued and won because the judge ruled that the vaccine impacted her life outside of work but her contract only stipulated 8 hours per day so they couldn’t mandate anything that didn’t fit into that 8 hour window.

Use your acquantances in health care to find someone who will squirt your shot in the trash and file the paperwork that says you got it.

Not racist, get a Jewish lawyer and tell him they are demanding mandatory vaccines at work or you get fired. I guarrantee like any lawyer in this slow time you'll almost hear the cha-ching sound of a case that is won with a few pieces of paper and you might get a better rate if you vow to bring others in for his services.

This is not racist, even a racist Archie Bunker knew a Jewish lawyer is the winning lawyer so find that guy that is hungry for the easy cash since the workplace might be paying for his services not yourself and if he's really good you'll end up with a decent payout also.

Mention Nurmberg Code and he'll threaten to use that in the press to make them look like Dr NAZI evil inc. to the public and they do not want that kind of press ever.

Get a copy of the paper stating that or the message so your lawyer has a copy since we all know that they will change that policy before court or before he has a copy in his hands then making you look like your stirring up trouble.

I you have that they can tell the printer that it came from so they can deny but paper evidence trumps words didn't do it. If a poster then get a picture or get a copy of the new rule from HR personally after work or at lunch but not on the clock ever.
