Well duh, the Jews weren't going to earn their own money so they were given 38 Billion in order to afford buying 800 million in weapons. Oh, and don't forget the kickbacks that have to go to foundations or family members of current politicians and also lining up speaking gigs that pay way over market value when the politicians are out of office.
