Yeah, I'm probably well on my way to turning my arteries into dowels at this point, but I've had a good life...
I'm 40 and have seen frends and family older and younger , virtuously and non vituously meet their ends . I try to eat healthy - only to offset my drinking and smoking . We all got it coming , enjoy yourself .

I'll be 55 next month, and I too have watched both old and young go. Life's short no matter when the today comes that will be "the day." Might as well eek out a smile while I can. I exercise, stand up all day while working, and I drink 1-2 gallons of good water a day...gotta offset the beer and coffee. my last day was set before my first one was lived, and I'm good with whatever time I get.
