Yeah, I forgot about that, but I did learn that one the hard way. Also, some things when "fried" in the air fryer don't turn golden brown, like frozen chicken fried steaks. They stay this sort of weird white, but they're still crispy.
Don't get me wrong - we enjoy our air fryer ; but I had a hankering for tempura shrimp the other day and you still got break out a wok and oil . I do prefer a wok and oil to a counter top deep fryer . One shouldn't eat so much fried food to need an appliance , and if used sparingly you don't want the oil sitting around that long .
Yeah, I'm probably well on my way to turning my arteries into dowels at this point, but I've had a good life...
I'm 40 and have seen frends and family older and younger , virtuously and non vituously meet their ends . I try to eat healthy - only to offset my drinking and smoking . We all got it coming , enjoy yourself .
