Yeah I read that article when it came out. Most branch covidians in business would love that authority. I suspect the poll did not consult the legal team of the companies though.

I had the exact same question. Have not heard a peep about any company requiring vaccination, especially after OSHA announcing that they'll be liable for Vakseen™️ injuries if they do require it.
Can they make it a new hire requirement, though? Oh shit! Comment #1 - Delta thinks that they can! I am not aware of other medical procedures which can be used to screen employees. But when the government says that it is okay to discriminate on vaccine status I will start a business just to require employees whom have had two or more select medical procedures from List A:
- labioplasty
- breast augmentation
- laser hair removal
- butthole bleaching
And one from list B: - abortion - digital pelvic exam (except fronthole) - breast x ray - pap smear
