Are you serious? Urban areas only have more crime when blacks/brown live in that area. Or when the urban area is near another area containing the black/brown problem demographic.
I've walked, unaccompanied, on urban streets in Asia at 2am in the morning (returning to home from work) and was perfectly safe - precisely due to the fact that no browns or blacks were around. Have done the same on highly urban white streets, both wealthy and poor. Crime follows color, not wealth.
Blacks should not be permitted outside Africa, their rightful homeland. It's unkind to them to expect performance above their abilities, and it's downright dangerous to everyone else when they go nuts because they can't measure up because we're setting them up for failure.
I can confirm that china was pretty fucking safe feeling. I wager I could walk around at 3 am in dark alleyways with my wallet in an outstretched hand and no one would bother me all night. On the flipside walking around in a black area during the day is quite dangerous.

Nice reply. Agree, but we can't ignore the baseline reality that even with all input factors equal, blacks are simply more violent as a race. Significantly so. As a race they will never succeed outside their own kind. The kindest action would be to give them all free tickets, 40 acres and a mule -- in Ghana.
