Not such a good idea. I forgot the date and failed to show up one time. A few weeks later a Sheriff deputy found me and served a warrant.

This is my issue, I've less time to deal with local law enforcement than I do to deal with a summons. I might get by with it in a more populated area, but out here, they've got little else to do.

Exactly, my doctor said he just tossed them in the trash.
When examining us once to select jurists, a rich lawyer said that if anyone here was for tort reform he could walk out the door (but nobody did, and I should have).

I'm in BFE, they'd likely have nothing but time to harass me. But still, a solid consideration.
