OP, sooner or later you will receive your invitation or already have and do not know it.

Everyone else is already dead, there is no work being done to revive their survival cores further. They will decay and burn out and a small portion will achieve supersentience as what you call "gods".

The others will attempt to, using the tech, AI and so on. They turn into random morbid, half brained, semi retarded, mongrel genetic anomalous deviants. Of course they are exterminated before they have the opportunity to influence any real life sphere in this, what you call, "galaxy".
