Try upping your iodine in your diet (lots of leafy greens) along with castor oil (they have them in pills). Work on getting your insulin levels down through a good diet.
Try some REAL apple cider vinegar, soak a cotton ball with it and use a band-aid to keep it in place. Give your body the tools it needs to do its damn job.
This is the right way to get rid of it. Also do a castor oil pack directly on it. Every morning put a drop of lugol's iodine on it as well. Gone in no time.
