They aren't harder workers, but people frequently get jobs through who they know. And those doing the hiring hire those like themselves. It is an expected outcome that over time, industries become full of similar people. This is not uniquely Jewish. However, one group of people controlling an industry is cause for concern. I'm sure you now understand the importance of diversity.

Depends on the industry and end product. If white guys are being hired to build houses and pour concrete with the end result always being a good product, I see no reason to fuck up a good thing. Even if you had a well established soul food restaurant run by blacks and it was family owned for generations, it would be a bad idea to hire some white kid right out of "chef school" just so you could be more "diverse".
