Depends on the industry and end product. If white guys are being hired to build houses and pour concrete with the end result always being a good product, I see no reason to fuck up a good thing. Even if you had a well established soul food restaurant run by blacks and it was family owned for generations, it would be a bad idea to hire some white kid right out of "chef school" just so you could be more "diverse".
