What I need is a different job, The current one I just can’t seem to adjust too, it’s close then open then close then open 8 hour shift then 14 hour then 6, I’m beginning to think humans need a schedule to be healthy.

That's a tough one. And yes, rotating around oddball shifts is definitely a killer.
