So, we have a few women on here and sometimes they take a strip out of us, sometimes they just act like girls.

All good, we are very different.

I have to be honest, I have no fucking clue what Danica is talking about here. From your perspective, what is actually going on here? Does anything here make any sense to you guys?

To my man ears, this sounds like two children having a conversation in the comfort of homes that they rightfully earned, but homes that are none the less guaranteed safety because of men willingly putting their lives on the line. The severe lack of gratitude and thankfulness to my ears is mind blowing. Then, add to that that 100% what flies out of Danicas mouth is fucking utter nonsense and I kind start to wonder about the sanity of women. The dislocation between what I am hearing in the video and reality is amazing to watch.

We men have our own versions of this which is roughly analogous to oversimplification of the world around us to absurd caricature.

I know what the guys will say, I'm curious if some of our women can shed light on that is actually going on in that video.

I’ve done some things and learned some things while in Egypt for a month that influences how I feel. I want to tell you how I FEEL about the world.

I don’t like the way the world is today. It’s all because of the patriarchy! Something about man, woman, child being important to ancient Egyptians and Romans came in with their religion and patriarchy. They destroyed faces of statues. She feels this is how patriarchy took hold of the world and removed women... somehow. Men wrote history with a bias to push their agenda and ego. With this, men created the idea that people have different abilities and value. Thus, Some people are “worse or better than” others. The other lady threw in gender too lol. Worse gender and better gender, i think? But that’s apples to oranges imo. Never mind that men and women were meant to compliment each other and not compete against each other. But that’s just my opinion...

Patriarchy cannot coexist with egalitarianism because it points out the obvious. People are different and can do things to varying degrees of success. Patriarch(men) is violent lol. Then they say women can do more, they can love more lmao ??? They literally say women can love more then men but that contradicts their argument that people aren’t better or worse than each other. Everyone is worthy.

Men lead with rigidity, routine and discipline. That’s patriarchy. Women lead with heart, love and compassion. They lead with feelings and softness and that’s better.

I had to stop there lol It was getting me mad with how stupid they sound.

These two are basically saying the world is mean and earning things in life with our personal effort and merit is too hard. We should all share things equally despite the fact that sources are finite and some people are less capable. They’re mixing up self worth and productivity. They’re trying to apply ideas that are good for individual mental health on a societal level. Not going to work. They’re advocating for people getting rewarded in life without the hard work and sacrifice needed.

They’re commies. 🤷‍♀️

Heh. I could not believe what I was hearing either. Total word salad + disconnect with the real world to a degree that it is hard to wrap your head against.

These are the kinds of people that end up in government positions making these kinds of rationalizations for their decisions.
