I'm not joking either dude. I want exact specs on the paper so I can order the right kind. I already tried it with regular copy paper and there's no way it'll pass muster.
Laminate it yourself. Proudly inform them if they ask that you laminated it yourself because it is so important and vital you wanted to protect it. This will make inspecting it that much harder esp if you use a thick laminate. They sell the tools in office stores. Teachers can use them so I'm sure anyone can.

Another obstacle is the mini adhesive label with the vaccine control number. We need a workaround for that too.

No and it's really just in case, because my company is known to follow whatever the liberal agenda is so I'm trying to be prepared because I'm unfortunately kind of stuck with them for a while longer until my degree is finished.
Not glossy regular card stock. I have a black legit one. Its regular card stock. Nothing special.
Looks matte to me.
