I had a neighbor tell me they're looking at absolving companies for any responsibilities due to the OSHA update on the vaccine. We literally will have zero legal recourse in the future.

What does the update say? And absolving them of what responsibilities?

Well OSHA recently made an update stating if an employee gets sick because of the vaccine it's a work related issue.
